If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. In these turbulent times of change and uncertainty, it is very easy to lose clarity, hope and excitement about what lies ahead. And many of us feel this now more than ever.

Connecting to my innate POWER OF IMAGINATION has been helping me navigate through that place of not knowing and discomfort. It has given me purpose, it has given me CLARITY, it has given me STRENGHT and HOPE to continue. I am honored to be able to share some of that experience with you and guide you through your own self-discovery.

In this workshop we are going to explore together how to use our natural CREATIVE IMAGINATION in a more conscious way to create what we truly want in life - love, health, fulfilment, relationships … whatever your heart desires. Not as a technique, but as a way of being. Getting in touch with our innate creative energy. Opening ourselves to witness the true magic that we hold within - that we are the CONSCIOUS CREATORS OF OUR LIVES. Granting us both huge power and responsibility for the life that we want to create and live. Are you up for it?

WORKSHOP OUTCOME

By the end of the workshop, you can expect to uncover:

- What is it really that your heart desires (in an area of your life where you feel stuck/change is needed/not fulfilled)
- What is blocking you from living that fully
- How to consciously create it in your life and make it a reality


WORKSHOP AGENDA

Every step of the workshop is an inner exploration. And invitation to surrender fully to the experience of the now, where the magic happens. We will journey together through all levels of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body, so that we can establish a deeper connection with ourselves and our longings from the purity of our hearts. So that we are able to manifest them from a place of love, connectedness, abundance, and worthiness.

More specifically, the workshop will be separated in three parts:

1. GROUNDING through all 5 senses of the body to connect to all our sensations and rest into our bodies
2. HEART-OPENING through alignment with the love and light that we carry, helping us to navigate through our thoughts and emotions with loving kindness
3. VISUALIZING & MANIFESTING what we long for and anchoring this experience through uncovering what is needed to go towards it

WORKSHOP METHODS

It will be my pleasure to create a safe space for you and guide you in this journey with the help of:

- Guided visual meditations to open up our senses to feel & hearts to connect to our intuition
- Intuitive dance to get into the wisdom of our body and let it flow freely
- Drawing to let the self express itself in the most pure form
- Written reflections to anchor our experiences
- Group sharing to connect

My intention is that through this experience you uncover the immense power that you hold within to CREATE - to create and live from your HEART.
