DESCRIPTION
We’ll open the evening with a cacao circle led by Elsa and Nikko. Cacao, a powerful natural medicine, enhances mental and emotional clarity by opening the heart. After enjoying the cacao, we’ll guide you into a restful position where Elsa will lead a meditation, blending her voice and the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls. This moment invites deep introspection, self-love, and transformation. Nikko simultaneously offers massage, helping you reconnect to your body and create space to release blocked energy.

The sound bath will be the longest part of the evening, allowing your mind to fully absorb the experience and enter a trance-like relaxation. In this elevated state, we’ll move into a Vocal Weaving circle— a liberating process for releasing sound. The night will conclude with a group sharing, offering space to process and feel supported after deep personal reflection.

Over a decade ago Nikko Axzul began his journey with bodywork and movement helping individuals reconnect to their bodies. He has had a wide variety of training and mentorships ranging from Western sports medicine to Eastern Ayurvedic approaches connecting mind, body, and spirit. Much like his artwork, his bodywork practice is guided by intuition and feeling. After creating a successful massage practice for the past 6 years in Los Angeles, Nikko is now based in Amsterdam, excited to build community and share his practice.
