The perfect introduction for anyone curious about the freedom and joy of ecstatic dance, but who may want to ease in slowly. Think of it as a grounding and preparatory space where we will:

✨Open the heart with a cacao ceremony, setting an intentional, calming foundation for the experience.
✨Explore somatic movement, which helps you reconnect to your body in a slow, grounded way.
✨Flow into ecstatic movement, but with a gentle approach that allows you to step in gradually — letting go of any judgments or expectations, simply moving in a way that feels right for you.
