Before the retreat, I was new to psychedelics and somewhat nervous. Yet, driven by curiosity, I found the experience to be immensely rewarding and insightful. It allowed me to explore my subconscious beliefs under very good guidance, ensuring a structured and beneficial journey. The retreat left me in a state of peace, helping me to process my experiences thoroughly. I wholeheartedly recommend it to those curious about self-exploration.

The retreat took place outside the boundaries of what I was used to, in more ways than one. Through meditations and activities, and the truffles, I got more in touch with nature and my inner world. Connecting with nature was partly because of the setting - a yurt in a large, grassy field shared with all manner of fowl. It felt similar to camping, and while our field was in a nice village with an Albert Heijn at 5 minutes walking, it also felt like we were somehow isolated from the world and in our own dimension. Especially after taking the truffles. Everyone in my group had a different experience, but everyone found it meaningful, including me. Tom's guidance was like a gentle hand on the back, keeping us secure (and guiding us to the outdoor toilet if the need arose) but not pushing, allowing us the freedom to experience the trip in our own way. And helping us reflect and learn afterwards. The notebook I brought has much more, but I'll share two of the effects the truffles had on me. One was that my thoughts were racing so quickly that I effectively couldn't speak anymore, because by the time I had said one word, my mind was already six sentences further and I couldn't recall what word should come next in the real world. Another was that everything became supremely funny for a while, including the fact that I found everything so funny. I was laughing for maybe an hour. It was great. Enough so for me to strongly consider going again some day. If I do, I'm going to bring shoes that are more water-resistant. Because the field outside can get pretty wet.

I really enjoyed my psilocybin truffle ceremony guided by Tom. There was enough information before, during and after the ceremony to enable planning and integration to make the most of it. Tom and Ariana were great space holders and they made sure everyone was comfortable and well informed. I feel very safe and well looked after during my ceremony. Only things to note are that the location is a bit difficult to get to by public transport and the venue is an orchard so camping friendly only. Thank you for a lovely weekend Tom and Ariana!

It was an amazing experience that brought me a lot of clarity and gave me the direction I was looking for. I would even say that it gave me more than what I was looking and I will cherish the experiences for a long time - so valuable.

The facilitators were wonderful. They created a safe environment and provided the guidance needed to have an amazing journey. They were welcoming and warm to everyone in the group, and provided everything that was needed to feel safe to enter a beautiful but also intense journey.

There was plenty of time and space to prepare and to reflect on the journey itself which felt special to receive in these often so busy times.

I left the event feeling incredibly thankful and I would love for more people to be able to experience this.
