A down to earth, fresh ecstatic dance experience has enriched Utrecht!
Our dances take place in the vibrant and creative space of Vogelfrei situated between lots of creative ateliers on the Werkspoorkwartier in Utrecht. This beautiful spacious dance floor also has an outdoor roof terrace and an extra chill area (with a cosy fire) to meet your needs before, during or after the dance!
We have a pool of talented DJ's, so every time you visit it's a unique experience. Within our dance events we like you to be taken into a musical journey of waves through the music.

A typical FreeFlow edition offers you connective embodiment practices, a dance journey by an ecstatic dance DJ, live music and a seasonal selection of nourishing organic fruit. On the Sunday morning editions we have recently added lunches consisting of a yummy soup with some fresh sourdough bread and dips to chill out with during the afterglow.
