OMnia is a nomadic yoga studio — a living, breathing project that moves through the city, reactivating beautiful, unexpected and forgotten spaces to create places for connection, movement and meaning.
We don’t believe yoga belongs to one room, one style, or one kind of person.
We believe it belongs in life.
OMnia was born from the desire to experience yoga beyond the mat: as a way of seeing, breathing, relating and being. A practice rooted in awareness, connection and liberation — not a trend, not a performance.

We believe transformation begins when we stop trying to become someone else and meet ourselves exactly where we are.
Our gatherings are an invitation to slow down, go inward and connect — through movement, breath, meditation, mantra, music, ritual and unexpected encounters. Sometimes in a windmill. Sometimes in a studio. Sometimes somewhere you would never expect to practise yoga.
Because the space is part of the practice.
We are rooted in respect. We honour yoga’s origins, philosophy and living traditions, seeking cultural valorisation, not appropriation — bringing its wisdom into contemporary life without stripping it of its roots.
We believe in community over ego.
We care less about followers and more about presence. Less about perfection and more about integrity. Our teachers are not performers; they are space holders, practitioners and humans — each bringing their own experience, knowledge and heart.
We are curious. We experiment. We gather differently.
We dream of a city where forgotten and marginal spaces can become places of belonging again — temporary temples of breath, movement, sound, nature and human connection.
And through it all, the breath remains our compass.
It brings us back to the body.
To the present moment.
To ourselves.
And, ultimately, to each other.
