A space to slow down, soften and return to yourself.

We begin with a cacao ceremony — a warm, grounding ritual inviting us to arrive fully in the present moment. Held with intention, cacao becomes an invitation to connect: with the body, the breath, the heart, and the space we share.

From there, we move into an immersive sound journey.

Resonant frequencies fill the space, allowing the body to soften, the mind to become quieter, and the nervous system to settle. There is nothing to do, nowhere to go — simply an invitation to listen, receive and be.

We also weave in Yoga Nidra, a guided practice designed to bring you into deep rest while remaining aware. A chance to surrender into stillness, allowing the deeper layers of the body and mind to restore.

For 1.5 hours, we step away from the noise of the outside world and create space for stillness, presence and connection.

+++ A note on cacao +++

Ceremonial cacao is gentle, but it is not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, take medication such as antidepressants (particularly MAOIs or SSRIs), or are sensitive to stimulants such as caffeine, cacao may not be recommended.

A smaller amount or an alternative such as rose tea can be offered. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us beforehand. For medical questions, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.
