I had a beautiful experience at Paulina’s workshop. While I am still processing the whole day, I think it is safe to say that I will remember this experience for the rest of my life. Paulina’s commitment to creating a genuine safe space is really inspiring and I enjoyed every moment of this day.

paulina is an amazing healer with an intersectional and gentle approach to her practice. they have facilitated such a warm and welcoming place, mindful of anyone’s abilities, wishes, and desire. this is not just a safER place, it is an accountable space. whether or not this brought more questions than answers, it is an unforgettable experience guided by someone who truly makes you feel understood!

What a wonderful, heartwarming workshop! Paulina is clearly very knowledgeable and doesn't only know how to guide the group into primal play; she also shares her knowledge about nervous system regulation and the reason why we go into certain exercises. She creates a loving safe space and highly encourages you to stay in connection to self, as well as with others.

It was a very connecting experience. With a well informed starting talk from Paulina. The space chosen for this event was very pleasant. There was enough space to move and dance. The joy of playing together brought me an energetic feeling that lasted throughout the week. I would highly recommend booking a workshop with Paulina!

Knowledgeable and passionate about embodiment, coregulation and primal play; and an expert in creating a loving and safe place for participants in which to explore. I thoroughly enjoyed the play space she opened up for us and highly recommend her primal play workshops.

I absolutely loved this workshop. Paulina creates a safe space for learning how to connect (more) with yourself and, when it feels right, with others in a beautiful way. Emphasizing taking it slow and getting to know your boundaries. It was authentic, playful and nourishing. Prepare for lots of deep breaths and feeling empowered after!
