Have you ever craved the deep connection, nourishment, and fulfillment that comes from connecting with other women?

Primal Play for woman-identifying individuals invites you on a journey to explore the concept of embodied sisterhood. We'll have the opportunity to meet other women on the mat, body to body, and delve into our curiosities, fears, and desires. Why are we drawn to some women and resistant to others? What sparks our annoyance or fascination? What hidden gifts lie within our connections? Is she a potential friend, an accomplice, mentor, or something else altogether?

🌈 SISTERHOOD+ EXPLAINED
Sisterhood is a core value of mine, and I foster that supportive energy in all events. Traditionally, "women's space" events focus on creating a safe environment for sensual exploration without sexual undertones, allowing women to enjoy each other's company without questioning their sexuality. This event, however, acknowledges that sexual attraction can and often is present within sisterhood. Sisterhood+ means we welcome the possibility of sexual desire/attraction arising in this space.

During this exploration, you're invited to discover a spectrum of connections and different archetypal energies: childlike innocence, nurturing mother frequency, playful besties vibe, passionate intensity of dragons roaring together, sensual intimacy, supportive friendship, shared crone wisdom, and everything in between.

🌸 ABOUT PRIMAL PLAY
Primal = Authentic & Play = Connection
Primal Play is about learning together how to feel safe in connection using embodied tools of breath, sound, movement and touch. Through slowing everything down, it provides a unique opportunity to experience deep connections with others in a non-verbal way. It allows you to explore your needs, desires, impulses, and boundaries within safe and guided play-rounds. The essence of Primal Play lies in authentic encounters, embracing a spectrum of experiences such as eye-gazing, cuddling, wrestling, sounding, shared laughter or tears.

During this workshop we will engage in practices to regulate the nervous system and foster group attunement. We will focus on creating safety within in order to gently move into encounters with others. Everything during this workshop is an invitation and you are encouraged to move only as fast as your slowest part. Consent and respecting boundaries (with yourself and with others) is actively encouraged throughout the event.

👉🏻 IMPORTANT TO KNOW
- no previous experience needed
- everything is an invitation, and you are always encouraged to feel for what is right for you in the moment, and whether you want to participate and with whom
- all practices can be adjusted to your personal level of energy and physical mobility
- Primal Play uses touch for connection, not sexual gratification. Clothes stay on, and there's no exchange of bodily fluids. The focus is on safe, consensual interactions that explore boundaries and build trust.
- the space is open for singles and those in all forms of relating - always practice making clear agreements with your partners
- this is a feminist, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive space

👉🏻 IMPORTANT PRACTICAL DETAILS
- please make sure you come sober (sensitive nervous systems will be affected by your altered state as we drop in together)
- wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement + makes you feel cozy/sensual/relaxed
- do NOT wear perfume and be mindful of intense synthetic smells (lotions/hair products). Natural essential oils in moderation are ok
- please arrive 15 min early - doors close at the starting time

🌻 ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Paulina Bolek is a multi-passionate artist and creator, weaving together her roles as an embodiment guide, transformational event host, circle facilitator, singer-songwriter, and web designer. Since 2016, she has been holding space for both personal and collective transformation, creating nurturing environments for authentic (self-)connection and embodied fulfillment. Grounded in feminist and anti-racist values, Paulina is committed to fostering inclusive, accessible spaces for healing and growth. Her approach weaves together somatic practices, the alchemical power of music and voice, and a heartfelt acceptance of the complexities of being human. With a down-to-earth yet deeply intuitive and energetically attuned presence, she invites others into intimacy with life. Originally from Poland, Paulina currently lives with her son in the Dutch countryside near Groningen.
