🌈 Queer Siblings Circle: An Embodied Sharing Space

Leave more connected, more alive, and more at home in your body.
The Queer Siblings Circle is a 2.5-hour embodied group experience created specifically for LGBTQIA+ people who long for real connection and belonging. It’s an alternative to traditional sisterhood and brotherhood circles - a space where we meet not as roles or labels, but as siblings in humanity.
Rooted in the Heart iQ methodology, this circle invites us to:
🌿 Slow down and arrive in our bodies
💗 Share from the present moment rather than from stories or the mind
🌊 Feel what’s alive now - sensations, emotions, longings
🤝 Be witnessed with attunement, compassion, and zero fixing
🔥 Co-create a collective field that becomes the real medicine
You won’t find long monologues or purely intellectual conversation here. Instead, you can expect gentle embodiment practices, playful duo/trio exercises to warm up, and short, alive shares that keep the space vibrant and real.
🌈 This circle is for those of us who are ready to:
- be deeply seen in our shared humanity
- reclaim intimacy, presence, and connection
- experience the power of community healing
👉🏻 IMPORTANT TO KNOW
- no previous experience needed
- everything is an invitation, and you are always encouraged to feel for what is right for you in the moment, and whether you want to participate and in what capacity
- all practices can be adjusted to your personal level of energy and physical mobility
- this is a feminist and anti-racist space
👉🏻 IMPORTANT PRACTICAL DETAILS
- please make sure you come sober (sensitive nervous systems will be affected by your altered state as we drop in together)
- wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement + makes you feel cozy and relaxed
- do NOT wear perfume and be mindful of intense synthetic smells (lotions/hair products). Natural essential oils in moderation are ok
🌻About your guide
Paulina Bolek (she/they) is a somatic coach, group facilitator, and embodiment practitioner. With over a decade of experience in healing and personal development spaces, Paulina brings warmth, nuance, and deep relational care to every space they hold. Their work lives at the intersection of social justice and personal transformation. Paulina creates inclusive, accessible spaces rooted in feminist and anti-racist values - places where authentic (self-)connection and healing can flourish. Their down-to-earth yet deeply intuitive presence invites others into intimacy with life, embracing the complexity of being human.
