My mission is to contribute to a world full of connection, free expression and love through music, coaching and embodiment
To help others through coaching, music, embodiment is what truly fulfills me with joy and gives me a purpose that I had been looking for a long time. Through the pain I have gone through and the person that I have become, I can now be a strong medium of change for others.
Coaching for me is all about body and mind. Transformational change is not possible without the other in my opinion. As a coach I am being part of Retreats that surround Yoga, Meditation, Sports, Breathwork, Dancing and Singing.
