Over dit evenement
Are you longing to experience profound relaxation, beyond what your mind can imagine? Ready to reconnect to your body’s innate wisdom and open up for a complete energy reset? Join us for an unforgettable journey where Yin Yoga meets Bodywork, offering you the space to release, restore, and rejuvenate.
During yin practice, as well as in our session, poses are typically held for at least 3 to 5 minutes, which often leads the mind to wander—planning, overthinking, and analyzing. Through mindful and conscious touch, you’ll be supported in staying connected to your body throughout the pose. Our loving presence and touch can deepen your embodied experience, helping you remain fully present. As we hold space for you, you may find it easier to explore what needs to be released, felt, or acknowledged within yourself.
This edition is happening in the moment of transition from the winter season into spring. According to traditional Chinese medicine, this period of transition represents the element of Earth. It is no wonder as we definitely may use some grounding when moving into the new. During this session, we will focus on strengthening the energy of our stomach and spleen which may help to digest the change and move through it smoothly with trust and ease.
What can you expect:
- Embodiment practices before the yin practice (might include movement, self-touch/massage, meditation, Do-in yoga exercises, breathing practices, etc)
- Long yin yoga practice with mindful touch
- A lot of personal attention as there is room for a maximum of 8 participants
- Sweet long savasana (final relaxation) to integrate your experience
- Yummy snack with tea after the session
- After care e-mail with practical tips on how to nourish yourself during each season
