Join us for a cozy PSYCHEDELIC BREATH & Cacao Ceremony on a Sunday afternoon- on the cusp of the First Full Moon of the year!

You can start the year with a breath or fresh air, a clear mind and open heart.

This afternoon we gather together with some nourishing & heart opening Ceremonial Cacao and a meditation to explore your hearts desires ❤️

We celebrate life and in dedication to our practice - self care - self love.

With the powerful PSYCHEDELIC BREATH practice we will focus on what you really desire, to really feel it, and to release what no longer serves you, whatever is holding you back, that which feels like the old you, you are ready to shed skins!

With a clear intention - you can sharpen your vision and create the life you want.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH is a beautiful dynamic form of breathwork that alters the bodies physiology allowing for you to possibly experience non-ordinary states of consciousness.
The brain moves into deeper states of brainwave activity- from Beta - to Delta & perhaps at moments Theta.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH can have an impact on allowing a flow on many levels.
This can be physically, emotionally, in beliefs, or in energy.
