Couples Workshop: Intimacy Rituals

We often fall into the habit of taking eachother for granted, forgetting that just having the "in a relationship" status is not enough. The connection between two people is everchanging and needs nurturing, attention and love moment by moment, in order for it to grow and flourish.

You are invited together with your partner to a special evening dedicated to strengthening and deepening your relationship in a fun, meaningful way.
This workshop is more than just a typical date night; it’s a chance to explore a different way of being together by using practices that, if you so choose to use after this day, will change the way you communicate, the way you feel eachother and the way you make love.

WE'LL FOCUS ON:
- Practicing mindfulness techniques to be fully present with your partner;
- Tools for empathic listening and communication (needed also in navigating conflicts);
- Exploring ways to deepen emotional and physical intimacy.
