Laid down on the yoga mat, started following the instructions... And the next thing I knew - an overwhelming wave of emotions just overtook me.

I started feeling my throat tighten... My eyes starting to tear up... Uh oh! Decades of emotional buildup resurfacing...and BOOM!

It felt like a massive explosion - tingling sensations running down my body...

I was out of my head. Out of control. Just letting my body continue to breath.

Imagine a big grown man sobbing like a baby... laughing, experiencing the totality of being human.

Possibly for the first time ever.

And THAT is the power of breathwork!

It allows anyone to release the deep-seated emotions, let go of resistance and reservations through something as simple as your own breath!
