Join Breath instructor Nikita on this 90 minute deep dive breath journey, curated to help you rewire some of the old programming we all have buried in our subconscious minds.

The subconscious being that part of our minds that controls how we think, act and feel. Not only does it influence all of our thoughts, emotions, and actions - it's the root cause of so much of our insecurities, limiting beliefs and old patterns of self sabotage that leave us feeling stuck and out of control in our lives.
The good news is we carry within us the power to rewrite the script and change the program. So, that's exactly what we'll be doing this upcoming Sunday. Two hours of Breathwork for a lifetime of benefit. Up for the challenge?

How?
We will do series of intense and pleasant breathing exercises guided by me(instructor) and ritualistic live music of djembe and harmonium. Music is a portal and a catapult to a safe place.
By over-ventilating our body with oxygen (deep and fast breathing) we get into state of mind where thoughts can not be created anymore because breathing takes over fully .
In this way our body <unlocks> extra energy reserves that were locked in our body in form of traumas and unresolved emotions. Powerful activation happens and it results into extraordinary sensations of happiness and orgasmic joy. People might cry or laugh after such strong effect.

Where?
We will be in pretty space of Yoganesa studio in Rotterdam. Place full of light and wooden floors.
