We're back with Naked Ecstatic Dance with one of our all time favorites: DJ Yarun!

Come dance with us and celebrate our human bodies together!
Liberating ourselves from any layers of conditioning that don’t serve us any longer and shining as our most authentic, pure, naked selves!

NAKED ECSTATIC DANCE: experience the magic of being alive in our purest expression.

18:00 - 18:30 | Doors Open + Welcome
Please note: at 18:30 the doors will close; no late entry to co-create safety!
18:30 - 19:30 | Opening Ceremony + Getting Naked Together!
19:30 - 21:30 | Naked Ecstatic Dance
21:30 - 22:00 | Closing Circle + Sharing

★ Ecstatic Dance Guidelines

- Talk free zone
- Drugs/alcohol/phone free zone
- Bare feet (or socks)
- Respect yourself and one another

★ Additional NAKED Guidelines

Consent around touch (contact dance) to co-create a safe space together:
- Extra hand-gestures for contact dance & boundaries (to be explained during the opening)
- No grabbing boobs, genitals or ass!
- No sexual interaction / liquid exchange

Note: This is an ecstatic dance where we can dance naked! This event is not about (sexual) intimacy.

★ Body Celebrations

Are you afraid of getting physically turned on? Or do you feel uncomfortable by other people getting physically turned on? This is a wonderful opportunity to accept the shame & fear, and to alchemize these feelings into liberation! We welcome your entire being. Our intention is to normalize the natural reactions and to celebrate the magic of our bodies, including our wetness & erections!

★ Agreements

By joining us tonight for the dance, you agree with:
- Co-creating a safe space by following the guidelines above
- Being able to honor & express your boundaries (e.g. Namaste gesture when you want to continue dancing on your own, not getting fully naked if it really doesn't feel right in the moment, etc.)
- Being able to respect each other's boundaries (understanding that giving & receiving a no is not a rejection, but a celebration for staying true to oneself)

Mijn eerste en waarschijnlijk eerst laatste Estatic Naked dance experience... Niet omdat het niets voor me is maar dat Denise en Lexmy aangaven, helaas, afscheid te nemen van dit event. JAMMER, want wat een heerlijke atmosfeer en vibe. Ontzettend genoten van de avond. Wat een genot, vrijheid, natural trip was het! THANKS. Was een heel fijn evenement, heerlijk om lekker naakt te dansen met gelijkgestemden in een veilige omgeving. Ik heb vooral genoten van het samen dansen met twee andere deelnemers. Enige verbeterpunt is dat ik het fijn had gevonden als de man/vrouw balans iets beter verdeeld was.
