🤍 Singing circle, gentle breath work & restorative yoga

The evening will take place in the beautiful yogastudio Sukha Yoga.

🤍 Embark in the healing power of sound, breath and restorative yoga. 🤍

The evening will start with Liza sharing heart songs & mantra with you. You are invited to sing along here, but it is perfectly fine if you’re just listening the entire evening.🤍 There is so much magic in combining our voices and creating harmony… ✨

There will be songs from Nessi Gomez, Danit, Sam Garrett and more. This part will take up half of the evening.

In the little breaks, there will be free, home-made, healthy snacks for everyone! ;)

The second half of the evening will be filled with a beautiful combination: restorative yoga and calm, gentle breath work.

You will be guided into the most relaxing and healing restorative yoga poses.
Restorative yoga is all about restoring the body, mind and soul. You will use a lot of props, so that your nervous system can be completely at ease during the pose.
Before and while you are in the poses, you will be guided through calm and gentle breath work practises, that help our nervous system calm down even more.

This evening is made for you to come back to your inner calm and love. Often our nervous systems are so overstimulated due to our busy life, so this evening is a gateway to a calm nervous system. 🦋
