Cleanse your mind and body of negativity a Cacao Ceremony will help you nourish, love and care for your true self. Setting intentions for healthy habits and feel energized and rejuvenated after a long winter!

Pure cacao is used as a heart opening medicine for people to safely experience awakening, revelation and healing. It is used in a sacred medicinal ritual, where intensions are set and once consumed, euphoric states are unlocked, negative emotions are released and we are able to connect to ourselves and the loving energy on our body.

A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to explore one of the most sacred super foods of the world, known and used by centuries by many communities in central and south America for its power to open and heal the heart, alongside many other health benefits to the body. The context of a ceremony creates a sacred space for exploration, healing, liberation and empowerment of the self. In combination with somatic Yin Yoga, we can begin to transcend many of our limiting thoughts and beliefs, remembering our essence and our true purpose.

Wear comfortable/movable clothes
Don’t eat too much food before the ceremony, to be able to fully connect with the cacao.

Drink plenty of water during the ceremony. Headache may occur as cacao is a natural diuretic.

Optional: Notebook, sacred objects if wanted your own cup.

Sleep mask or scarf to cover your eyes (optional)
Avoid caffeine at least 4 h before the beginning of the ceremony
