Playtime!

Over dit evenement

💛 What?
A workshop for female identifying people who want to learn about embodiment.

Playful, safe and soulful.

Embodiment is when you want to be more connected to the signs and senses your body has to offer you.

💛 Why?
Firstly, because you're so much much than a vehicle for your brain. Secondly, because it makes you feel heard, energised, empowered and playful!

✨ 🙌 ✨

Yes!

It's happening and if you're a female bodied person, you are invited!

Life consists of creativity and play. Sometimes we forget. Often we've ignored our bodily signals, so we don't even notice anymore.

Here's some playtime to sharpen your awareness, increase your body wisdom, lower your stress and learn about yourself.
