In Micro Dans ervaar je subtiele lichaamstaal van jezelf en de ander in minimale/kleine bewegingen.

Waarom Micro Dans?
We hebben veel opnieuw te leren over hoe we ons verhouden tot onszelf en elkaar. Tijd om onderhuidse verwachtingen, opdringerige gevoelens en onbewuste behoeftes in micro dance te onderzoeken!
Menselijke connectie zit 'm in heel subtiele lichaamstaal. In deze vorm van dansen zit weinig actie en veel interactie en reflectie. Je krijgt inzicht in jezelf en hoe je reageert op de ander en de muziek.

'Wat merk ik op door jou en wat beleef jij met mij?'
Micro Dans is oefening met fysieke nabijheid. We werken met consent principes. Je mag ten allen tijde 'uitstappen' en observeren. Jij bepaalt. De begeleiding is ervaren en we bespreken van tevoren de kaders met deelnemers.

Trainers & Facilitators: Dorchess & Wies

Dorchess laat zich leiden door nieuwsgierigheid, en leert het beste door te ervaren. Ze danst al zolang ze kan in fusion style. Haar behoefte aan verbinding en lijfelijkheid/embodiment (met je hele persoon te 'zijn') leidde tot ontwikkeling van speelse en creatieve teamtraining/workshops. Ze is ervaren 'facilitator' en geeft team training in organisaties en coaching aan individuen onder Evolve @evolve_training_coaching. Ook geeft zij leiding aan Awe Academy, waar het draait om ervarend leren met natuur, kunst en elkaar!

Why Micro Dance?
We have much to relearn about how we relate to ourselves and each other. It's time to explore underlying expectations, intrusive feelings, and unconscious needs in micro dance! Human connection lies in the entirety of body language. In this form of dancing, there is little action and much interaction and reflection. You gain insight into yourself and how you respond to others and the music.

'What do I notice through you, and what do you experience with me?'
Micro Dance is an exercise in physical proximity. We work with consent principles. You may 'step out' and observe at any time. You decide. The guidance is experienced, and we discuss the boundaries with participants beforehand.

Trainers&Facilitators: Dorchess & Wies

Dorchess is guided by curiosity and learns best through experience. She has been dancing in fusion style for as long as she can remember. Her need for connection and corporeality/embodiment (being your whole self) led to the development of playful and creative team training/workshops. She is an experienced facilitator and provides team training in organizations and coaching to individuals under Evolve @evolve_training_coaching. She also leads Awe Academy, where experiential learning with nature, art, and each other is the focus!
