We worden constant weggetrokken uit het moment, waarin juist de schat aan informatie ligt om onszelf te helen en bevrijden uit al ons lijden.
We cijferen onszelf weg of zitten compleet in ons ego. Waar is de balans?

Natalja Sakes en Leo Melcherts ontwikkelden samen The Self Healing Journey.

De Self Healing Journey is de reis naar jouw binnenwereld, want daar liggen de antwoorden om weer leiding te gaan nemen over je leven.
Hoe bevrijdend is het als je naar je grootste angsten kan kijken met een lach en dat alles er gewoon mag er zijn.
Hoe lekker is het als je weer compleet jezelf kan zijn zonder opsmuk, aanpassingen en druk vanuit de samenleving.
Het doel van onze ceremonies is om je in contact te brengen met je Ware Zelf en het belichamen hiervan.
We willen jou de beste handvatten aanbieden om jezelf te kunnen helen en dit contact met wat je bent te herstellen in de ceremonie maar ook voor in je dagelijks leven.
Deze belichaming zal ervoor zorgen dat je weer in liefde, overvloed, vreugde, connectie en volledige vrijheid kan leven.
Vanuit deze vrijheid kan je weer gaan manifesteren, samenwerken en verbinden met de wereld om je heen.

PROGRAMMA:
19:00 - 19:15 : Landen & Mantra Zingen
Reinigen, veilige ruimte creëren, het hart en de keelchakra, en het bewustzijn naar het moment terugbrengen.

19:15 - 19:30 : Openen Cirkel & Directions
Na een korte introductie openen we de ceremonie met de 7 directions: Oost, Zuid,West,Noord Father Sky, Pachamama en Within.

19:30 - 20:00 : Cacao-Ceremonie
Het hart openen met dit heilige medicijn en de energie laten stromen vanuit het hart.

20:00 - 20:30 : Sound & Frequeny Healing
Door de Frequenties en de muziek ga je op een innerlijke reis en kan het medicijn zijn werk doen en verspreid door het lichaam.
Hier maken we contact met het onderbewuste en kunnen dingen zich aan ons openbaren.

20:30 - 21:00 : Breathing
In liefde gaan we energie in het lichaam ademen en contact maken onze blokkades om hierdoorheen te ademen.
Doordat we ademen wordt de “monkey mind” die ons steeds lastigvalt uitgeschakeld en zo kunnen we makkelijker loslaten en release van trauma’s schaduwstukken en blokkades.

21:00 - 22:00 : Ecstatic Dance
Door de reis die je al hebt meegemaakt is je hart nu meer open en heb je de energie in je lichaam om volledig expressie geven aan wie je bent enons lichaam laten spreken in dans.

22:00 - 22:15 : Sluiten Cirkel & Directions
We danken het proces en vanuit liefde sluiten we de ceremonie met de 7 directions: Oost, Zuid,West,Noord Father Sky, Pachamama en Within.

22:15 - 22:30 : Samen Zingen (Einde)
We zingen met z’n allen in een cirkel om
de ceremonie af te sluiten.

Natalja Sakes and Leo Melcherts developed The Self Healing Journey together.

The Self Healing Journey is the journey to your inner world, because that's where the answers lie to start taking charge of your life again.

How liberating is it when you can look at your biggest fears with a laugh and everything can just be there.

How nice is it when you can be completely yourself again without embellishment, adjustments and pressure from society.

The goal of our ceremonies is to connect you with your True Self and embody it.

We want to offer you the best tools to be able to heal yourself and restore this contact with what you are in the ceremony but also for your daily life.

Cleansing, creating a safe space, the heart and throat chakra, and bringing awareness back to the moment.

7:15 PM - 7:30 PM: Opening Circle & Directions

After a short introduction we open the ceremony with the 7 directions: East, South, West, North Father Sky, Pachamama and Within.

7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Cacao Ceremony

Opening the heart with this sacred medicine and letting the energy flow from the heart.

8:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Sound & Frequency Healing

The Frequencies and music take you on an inner journey where the medicine can do its work and spread through the body.

Here we make contact with the subconscious and things can reveal themselves to us.

8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Breathing

In love we breathe energy into the body and make contact with our blockages to breathe through them.

By breathing, the "monkey mind" that keeps bothering us is switched off so we can let go more easily and release traumas, shadow pieces and blockages.

9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Ecstatic Dance

Through the journey you have already undertaken, your heart is now more open and you have the energy in your body to fully express who you are and let our body speak in dance.

10:00 PM - 10:15 PM: Closing Circle & Directions

We thank the process and close the ceremony with love through the 7 directions: East, South, West, North Father Sky, Pachamama and Within.

10:15 PM - 10:30 PM: Singing Together (End)

We all sing together in a circle to close the ceremony.
