Spelen met Touw & Intimiteit (Shibari)

Spelen met shibari (touw) is superleuk, een beetje spannend en vooral ook een fijne manier om te verbinden met een andere persoon. Je kan het gebruiken om te oefenen met overgave en helemaal te zakken in wat er in je leeft, of om te experimenteren met kracht en leiderschap.

In deze avond gaan experimenteren met shibari op een verbindende manier met ruimte voor kwetsbaarheid, sensitiviteit en intimiteit. We gebruiken het touw om verbinding te maken met wat er speelt van moment tot moment.

Door te vertragen en te verbinden met wat ons plezier geeft (follow your joy!) creëren we ruimte voor spelend onderzoek.

Dit kan heel speels zijn, maar ook sensueel, meditatief, of wat er ook opkomt.

Deze workshop is bedoeld voor mensen die enigszins bekend zijn met onderwerpen als mindfullness/tantra/bewustzijn, maar nieuw in shibari/rope play.

In deze workshop leer je:
- Een paar basis dingetjes over shibari
- Manieren om met iemand te verbinden mbv het touw
- Sensual play met touw
- Basic consent theorie en zelfzorg.

Wat niet te verwachten:
x in de workshop is geen naaktheid of aanraking/stimulering van genitaliën.

Deze avond is zowel voor singles als koppels. Gedurende de avond doen we verschillende oefeningen. We zullen regelmatig ruilen van partners, maar als je als koppel samen wilt blijven kan dat ook.

Over Kim:

Kim has been walking the path of tantra since 2016 and has been experimenting with conscious kink for over a year. She has followed several trainings in both areas, including School of Shakti’s year training and facilitator training, a course in Tantric Domination, and an extensive course in Tantric Dance. She has lived in and visited several tantric communities on her travels and has been giving workshops on and off for several years.

In the past two years, her healing journey included exploring power dynamics and rope-play (shibari), which brought her attention to the great potential it has to play and have fun with, while integrating more parts of herself. Allowing her to become a better human along the way.
