As I have learned in the last years, you gain the most when you find your own answers. And finding answers often comes from sharing. When you share your story, you can hear yourself talk and when you listen, there is a chance that you will find yourself giving the answer you were looking for. In this first session, we will cover the topic of playfulness (when you follow this link you will find a lot of inspiration on the subject).

How can you play with life?
When you grow up, you learn to take life seriously. Find a decent job that pays you enough money to pay the bills. And in doing so we are trying our bests to be serious. We forget that life can be fun too. When you add play to your life you start to see everything from a different perspective and you realise there can be so much fun and pleasure!

You will laugh about mistakes you make, you will try to experiment new things, you will let go of perfectionism. And to be honest it is contagious. When you have people around you that play as well, you can share the joy. So what if you could bring more play into your life, how would that look like?
