FROM HORSE TO GOAT - New Years Ritual

Over dit evenement

Let’s redefine our horse-power and channel into the creative and nurturing goat!

The transitioning is happening! According to the Chinese Lunar Calendar, the year of the horse is ending and the last galloping sounds are fading away into the year of the goat. The soft sound of any creature drinking goat milk - touches ear and heart.

The nurturing characters of the goat will lead us through our session: Hand Heart Head.

Advent with the promise of Christmas lights is behind us. The time of year is the one with the in-between sensations of feeling that the old is showing her last bits and glory, while the new is already breathing at you with new ideas and freshness.

I invite you to come to my place. I’ll hold space so you can do the work. And what is there to be done? Transitioning! And creating space for your dreams and deeds in the next year.

So. Let’s do some magic:
* Meditation for transitioning, with movement
* Fill up the wishing jar - colourful, creative activity
* Singing Bowls - a moment of anchoring our thoughts
