During the Lunar Embodiment workshop, you will be given space to explore your inner world in a peaceful environment. Here you will learn how to sink deeper into the Hara and your sacred center. Through embodiment exercises, sharing, meditation, and eye gazing, you will learn to access deeper layers of yourself and how to open them.
The deeper layers of ourselves and our creative potential can be found in our Hara and the sacral area of our body. These are places where our insights, visions, and creativity are stored, and where we can experience deep integration and processing that is essential to our lives.
By connecting with these sacred emotional centers, you attune to the energy of the moon, which will also attune your body and emotions to the moon's natural cycle.
During this evening, we get the opportunity to see and feel ourselves on a deeper level, and to share this with others. In this process, love, healing, and safety can be spread throughout your entire being.

Avani Schenk is the founder and event organizer of different community platforms, such as Sacred Ways. He has extensive experience in teaching on topics like sensitivity, grounding, stress reduction, mindfulness, energetic development, authentic expression, and various other subjects.
He is someone who teaches from his heart and is a passionate student of life. His grounded approach makes sure that you will understand and integrate his workshops on a deeper level in your body, mind, and soul.
