Breath & Sound Journey

Over dit evenement

Morning Class: Friday Nov 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 11:00 (1h)

In this class we combine conscious breathwork and sound to guide you into a state of deep presence and relaxation. We begin by using the breath to calm the mind and gently reconnect with the body, creating space for stillness and awareness. From that grounded presence, you’ll be carried into a sound bath with instruments like crystal bowls, gong and others, inviting your whole system to soften, release tension, and restore balance. This journey is an opportunity to pause, listen inwardly, and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and connected to yourself.

This class is for everyone except: people with thrombosis, heart problems and pacemaker, epilepsy, psychosis, varicose veins, more than 2-12 weeks pregnancy and during chemotherapy. The vibration of cells can then possibly lead to unwanted side effects.
