When did you last let yourself be loud?

This is circle for men, built on rhythm.

For men who don't want to hold back any more.
For men who want to get over their fear of taking up space.
For men get out of feeling stuck in their heads, and start feeling alive.
For men who are tired of doing it alone, and want more connection and brotherhood.

This is a circle where we make music with what we’ve got: our voices, hands and bodies. We learn how to to use music and rhythm as a way to bring us back into connection, with ourselves and each other.

Supported by our brothers, we take up space. We let ourselves be seen and heard, with men who’ve got our back.

Why men only? Because there’s nothing to prove here. We play to connect, not to impress. To express, not to perform.

The best part? It doesn’t stay here. The voice you find in the circle is the one you take home. You say what you mean to your partner. You become magnetic, and bring more play into your relationships. You show up more fully with friends. You speak up in the meeting where you’d usually stay quiet.

No musical experience needed. Seriously. That’s kind of the point.

You’ll walk out feeling lighter, more connected and standing a bit taller, ready to express yourself to the world.

Bring comfortable clothes and an acoustic instrument if you have one (drum, shaker, flute, guitar, didgeridoo). Just nothing that runs on electricity.
