Connected Dance Lab

Over dit evenement

This class is an invitation to step out of your head and into your body. Through guided movement and dance, we explore what it means to connect more deeply with ourselves and with others.

No dance experience is needed. This is not about performing or getting the steps right. It's about tuning into your body, becoming aware of your sensations, emotions, boundaries and desires, and bringing that awareness into connection with others.

Throughout the class, we alternate between solo exploration and partner or group exercises. Touch may be included in some practices, but it is always optional and never expected. Consent, choice and respect for personal boundaries are at the heart of everything we do.

This is a space to move, feel, connect and show up as you are.

Good to know
Language: English and Dutch · Touch is part of some practices, always by consent and always optional. First-timers are welcome.
Please bring: A water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
