Chakradance Movement Medicine

Over dit evenement

Chakradance💚with me💜

Since the last class on 15 October, I have been dreaming every night about breathing dance more into my life 🧑‍🩰Since I was child, I have loved dancing and drawing, but in those days, dance and art were not recognised or valued🧑‍🩰🎨 I feel these passions rising up strongly again as I am learning that movement is actually our medicine💊 and drawing is a creative way to express ourselves🗣️

By inviting the ritual of Chakradance into my daily life, I am feeling so many layers of old holdings in my body, mind and heart (my onion)🧅gently peeling away with every move I spontaneously make and every image or word I draw and create ✍️and yes, peeling onions can cause tears but without this key ingredient the recipe for your life (meal) won’t be as good 😛

Chakradance embraces the power of Meditation, Dance and Mandala Art which have become potent ingredients in my healing journey💥 reconnecting me back to my childhood dreams of dancing and drawing my way through life🧑‍🩰🎨we always hear that phrase life is not about the destination but about the journey yet it goes deeper than that 🤩it’s not about the destination nor the journey but about the people that travel (dance) along with you 👯‍♀️also the healing journey doesn’t have to be carried alone because we are all just walking (dancing) each other home💫

So I invite you to join me on this path of “peeling onions” on the 12th November @ 20:30 in the Yoga Utrecht studio and let’s conjure up a delicious dish together by each of us adding our own unique ingredient into the mix 💞

"Being free to be me"
