Give yourself a Sunday to slow down, turn inward, and come home to yourself.
The Sunday Sound Bath is an invitation to pause at the end of the week and create space for stillness. Through sound and guided meditation, you are invited to soften, let go of the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself.

For 75 minutes, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to achieve. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of the instruments. Let your attention move away from the outside world and gently return to your inner world.

Whether you arrive feeling tired, overwhelmed, curious, or simply in need of a moment for yourself, you are welcome exactly as you are. No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. There is no right way to experience a sound bath; you are invited to listen, feel, rest, and allow the experience to unfold in its own way.

*What to expect*

- A gentle arrival and moment to settle in
- A guided meditation to help you slow down and turn inward
- A 75-minute sound bath experience
- Time to rest, integrate, and gently return to the present moment
- Intuitive card pulling


*What to bring*

- Wear warm, comfortable clothing, as your body temperature may drop while resting. Bring a bottle of water and, if you wish, a small pillow for extra comfort.
- Blankets and eye masks will be provided. If you have any specific needs to feel comfortable lying down, you are welcome to bring anything that supports you.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins, so you have time to settle in without rushing. Remember to put your - phone on silent to help maintain a calm and uninterrupted atmosphere.


The session will be held in Dutch. If an English-speaking participant joins, the session will be guided in English so everyone can fully participate and feel welcome.
