Over dit evenement
What if the qualities you long to embody, whether it's confidence, freedom or ease, are already within you, waiting to be expressed?
In this Women's Circle, we will explore these qualities through somatic practices, guided visualization, and reflection, and translate them into your own Embodiment Blueprint: a practical, neuroscience-informed map of small actions and embodied experiences that can help you bring more of who you are into your everyday life.
And we will do this together, in a space of connection, witnessing, and sisterhood ⋆.˚ ☾⭒.

There is something powerful that happens when women gather without needing to perform, impress, fix, or have it all figured out.
We meet.
We witness one another.
And we create a space where it becomes possible to soften and come home to ourselves.
This evening is an invitation to explore who you are when you feel deeply rooted in yourself.
Not a "better" version of you. Not someone you have to become.
Rather, we will explore the qualities that already live within you, perhaps waiting for more space, expression, and embodiment.
And at the heart of the gathering is creating your own Embodiment Blueprint, a personal map to help you nurture and embody these qualities through conscious choices and everyday actions.
⋆.˚☾ The rhythm of the circle ☾˚⋆.
We will begin with a sharing circle, a gentle way to arrive, get to know one another, and open the space together.
From there, comes the heart of the evening.
Through a guided meditation and somatic visualization, you will explore a version of yourself who feels deeply at home in her own being.
How does she move through the world? What does she trust? How does she relate to herself and others? And most importantly, how do these qualities feel in her body?
We will use the body as our compass, allowing these qualities to become something we can not only imagine, but also sense and experience.
After the meditation, we will move into journaling and creating your Embodiment Blueprint: a collection of qualities you want to cultivate and express more fully in daily life, together with simple practices and behavioral experiments that can help you live them.
The intention is not to leave with another list of things you "should" do.
It is to leave with a felt sense of who you are when you are deeply connected to yourself, and tangible ways to bring that feeling into everyday life.
There is a beautiful principle from neuroscience behind this: our brains continuously learn from experience, updating their expectations about ourselves and the world through what we repeatedly feel, notice, and do.
By pairing a felt experience of a desired quality with small, intentional actions in everyday life, we can begin to create new experiences that challenge old beliefs and gradually support new patterns of being.
If time allows, we will close with intuitive somatic movement, giving our bodies space to express and integrate what we have discovered.
You don't need to arrive with anything figured out.
Just come as you are.
You are warmly invited to join us. 🤍
