Voice as Prayer 108 AUM

Over dit evenement

Voice as Prayer with MIshka, special 11.11 offering
📅 Wednesdays | 6:00 – 7:00 PM, with the sunset
📍 Can Tao Yoga Studio, San Joan, Ibiza

11.11 .. a moment of alignment, an invitation.

On this day, you are invited to share your voices, chanting AUM 108 times, as we watch the sunset in front of us through the studio windows.

AUM, the original sound, is an invitation to return to our centre

108, sacred number in yogic tradition, representing wholeness and the connection between the individual and the greater whole.

Together, we will co-create a field of sound & shared prayer.
Each voice contributing to something larger than ourselves yet remaining so very present in your heart.

No singing experience needed. No perfect voice required. Just your presence and willingness to participate.

Come raise your voice. Feel the resonance. Be part of the collective.

The class begins with gentle vocal warm-ups, connection to breath & body as we arrive in the present moment.

The voice is a natural instrument of expression, connection, and presence. The most intimate ways we can express ourselves. In this weekly class, we come together to explore the voice as a form of prayer through sound, song, mantra, and stillness.

We close with a short meditation, giving space to settle into the experience and notice what came up.

A weekly space to sing, breathe, listen, and reconnect.
