What is Lu Jong? 🧘🏻‍♀️

Lu Jong is an ancient Tibetan movement practice in which movement, breath and awareness come together.

Through gentle yet powerful movements, we reconnect with the body and the wisdom it holds. We explore what it means to soften without losing strength, to ground without holding on, and to create space for what truly nourishes us.

Whether you are new to Lu Jong or already familiar with the practice, each session is an invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life, turn inward and reconnect with yourself.

About Manon Verdiesen

Manon is your guide and a certified Lu Jong Trainer. Over the past few years, she has been on a journey of remembering her own nature and is passionate about creating spaces where others can do the same.

Strong yet gentle, Manon brings warmth, groundedness and a playful spirit to every space she holds. She loves working with people and believes that laughter is just as important as stillness.

For her, Lu Jong is an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly and reconnect with the natural wisdom that is already within us.

About Zee van Licht

Zee van Licht is a beautiful space to practise Lu Jong. There is a sense of calm and spaciousness here, creating an inspiring environment to slow down and arrive.

Surrounded by the gentle energy of the crystals, you are invited to take a moment to breathe, recharge and give yourself time for the practice.

There is also space to stay for a cup of tea afterwards, if you feel like lingering a little longer.

Over the past months, a lovely community has naturally grown around the Wednesday evening sessions, with a familiar group of participants returning each week.

I offer three rates to make the weekly practice accessible to different circumstances. Choose the rate that feels right for you:

€13 – I could use a little support
€15 – My situation feels balanced
€17.50 – I’m happy to support someone else

There is no need to explain or justify your choice. Simply choose the rate that feels right for you at this moment.
