Cacao Women’s Ceremony · October 31
As the evenings darken and the earth begins her winter rest, we gather as women. With warm cups of cacao, candlelight, and time to listen. Samhain marks the threshold into the darker months. A time to honour endings, remember those who came before us, and enter into relationship with the mystery of what we cannot yet see.
Together, we descend into the symbolic underworld, gently turning towards the feelings, memories and longings that ask for our attention. We honour the wisdom we have inherited, notice what we wish to carry forward, and feel into the patterns we may be ready to lay down.
Around us, the leaves fall and the branches become bare. Nature reminds us that there is wisdom in letting go, and that not every season asks us to bloom. As the earth draws inward, our bodies are invited into that same movement. Into warmth, slowness, softness, sisterhood and deeper listening. Held in the presence of other women, we remember that we do not have to move through these thresholds alone. Let’s descend. Together.

HOW TO PREPARE & WHAT TO BRING
• Journal & pen
• Please wear comfortable clothing you feel beautiful in.
• A small offering for the altar - something that represents this season for you.
• In preparation for the Ceremony and the medicine, it is best to eat lightly beforehand.
• It is advisable to refrain from drinking coffee (or other stimulants) before the ceremony.
• Staying hydrated before, after and during the Ceremony.
MEET MANOUK
Hi dear one, my name is Manouk. I believe our bodies carry an ancient wisdom. A wisdom that continues to guide us beneath the noise, beneath the expectations, beneath the layers we’ve learned to wear simply to belong. A long journey with a chronic autoimmune dis-ease became the catalyst for my own wholistic healing journey, inviting me to reconnect with my body and womanhood. My own path led me through disconnection and years of searching outside of myself for answers. Until life invited me to turn inward. To slow down. To listen. To remember that my body was never working against me, but had been speaking to me all along. More than a decade of embodied exploration forms the roots of my work and continues to shape the spaces I create.
As a Trauma-Informed Somatic Mentor, Sacred Space Holder, Women’s Ceremony Facilitator, Community Weaver & Retreat leader I walk alongside women as they remember the safety, softness, and strength that have always lived within them. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of holding hundreds of women in this work. Every woman arrives with her own story, yet so often beneath it lives the same quiet longing: to feel safe, free, deeply alive, and fully herself. Again and again, I witness the same truth: The body remembers. And when we learn to listen, life begins to move differently. We can finally come home to ourselves. I am honoured to hold this space and to meet you within it.
