Heka Light Activation is a guided transmission of light that invites you to reconnect, through resonance, with the beautiful Light and natural life force energy already within you.

☥ The 11/11 Portal ☥
We gather on 11/11, a symbolic portal often associated with alignment, heightened awareness and remembering the deeper truth of who you are.

The energy of this day invites us to turn inward and listen more closely. To notice where we may have moved away from ourselves, where we are being called to realign, and what is ready to be expressed through us from a place of greater truth.

11/11 can serve as a reminder that what we seek outside of ourselves already lives within. An invitation to soften the noise of the mind, open the heart and reconnect with your inner knowing, your Light and the life force moving through you.

During this activation, you are invited to surrender the need to know or control what comes next. Instead, allow yourself to receive, listen and create space for what wants to emerge naturally from within.

A space to remember, realign, receive and embody.

☥ Me as a Heka Facilitator ☥
As a Heka facilitator, I embody and hold this high frequency, creating a space in which it can move from source to source—to you. I see myself as a bridge of light.

I do not trigger, control or force anything to happen. This experience is not something I do to you. You are the portal of light. The invitation is for you to soften your mind, open your heart and surrender deeply enough for this light to meet the pure inner light that already lives within you.

☥ Heka Activation vs. Kundalini Activation ☥
Heka Activation is sometimes compared to what is commonly known as Kundalini Activation, but it extends beyond the awakening of kundalini energy alone.

It works with a broader, multidimensional intelligence of Light and life force, allowing your energy to move and reorganize naturally according to what you are ready to receive.

☥ What to Expect ☥
Your experience is guided by your own inner intelligence. You may feel energy moving through your body, experience spontaneous movements or emotions, receive inner visions, or enter a state of profound stillness and connection.

There is no correct way for the activation to unfold. Your only role is to remain open, surrender and allow your Light to reveal itself from within.

Every activation is unique. No two experiences are ever the same.

☥ Instruction ☥
Choose a quiet space where you have enough room to move freely and where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session.

You can join the session using either your phone or computer. Make sure your device is sufficiently charged and that you have a stable internet connection.

During the session, you will lie down on a yoga mat with your spine as straight and relaxed as possible, preferably without anything supporting your neck. If your body needs extra support, always choose comfort and listen to what feels right for you.

You will keep your eyes closed throughout the activation, allowing yourself to soften, surrender and turn your awareness inward.

Please wear comfortable clothing that gives your body freedom to move. Spontaneous movement may arise during the session, so it is important that you feel unrestricted.

Come well hydrated and bring a bottle or glass of water with you. It is best to avoid a heavy meal directly before the session so your body can feel light and comfortable.

Please put your phone on silent or airplane mode before we begin, so you can be fully present without distractions.

Arrive with enough time to settle into the space before we start. Once you feel comfortable, I will guide you through a short drop-in and meditation before the music begins and the transmission unfolds.

After the activation, there will be time to slowly return to your body, ground, rest and integrate. We will also have space for sharing if you feel called to speak about your experience.

Most importantly: come as you are. There is nothing you need to achieve, perform or force. Your only invitation is to remain open, surrender and allow your own inner intelligence to guide the experience.

☥ Online vs. In Person ☥
There is very little difference between receiving a Heka transmission online and experiencing it in person. Light is not limited by physical space, distance or time. You can still feel and experience the transmission from wherever you are.

An online session may also help you feel more comfortable and at ease because you can receive the activation from the safety of your own physical space.
