Restorative Movement

Over dit evenement

In this restorative class we explore how to use the body as a gateway to a wider and more connected experience compared to our more common state of "being in our head".

The class usually contains:
- Arriving, slowing down
- Waking up the body
- Opening to the senses and more subtle sensations
- Experiencing spontaneous movement and flow

The explorations are based on different sources from yoga, qigong and polyvagal theory.
After the class you will feel more grounded, embodied and connected.
