Gather your harvest, meet the woman you’re becoming.
On September 23, day and night are perfectly equal — the equinox: the one moment when the year stands perfectly still, holding light and dark in the same open hand.

You know that feeling of being between?

Summer is over, but autumn hasn’t quite claimed you yet. The season ran fast — plans, people, deadlines, noise — and somewhere along the way you stopped hearing yourself. You’re not tired exactly. You’re full. Full of everything you’ve carried since spring and all through the summer, with no moment to put any of it down.

The equinox is that moment. It’s harvest time: nature gathers in everything the year has grown, then pauses at zero. And it invites you to do the same — to gather what is truly yours from this season, and lay the rest down.

The heart of the evening is a long guided trance meditation. Not a relaxation track — a slow, deep descent through the body into the still point of the year, where nothing is decided yet and every version of you is still possible.

There, in that stillness, you meet her: the woman you are becoming this autumn. The next version of yourself, already waiting. And she is the one who tells you what has to be left behind — not as a loss, but as the harvest she cannot carry into the new season.

You come back with her answer. In your body, in your own words, in your own handwriting.

What happens during the evening?

1. Landing
Candlelight, tea, silence. A first honest check-in with yourself: where am I right now, and which version of me walked in tonight?

2. The Harvest
A short guided practice with pen and paper: what this season actually gave you. What ripened, what stayed green, what quietly went bad while you weren’t looking. Most of us end a season without ever counting what it brought us.

3. Return to Zero
The deep guided trance meditation described above: the descent, the meeting, and what she asks you to release. You don’t listen about balance. You feel where yours is.

4. Integration
Journaling by candlelight, then a closing circle. As the outer world balances day and night, we take a quiet look inward: what wants to shine this autumn, and what you’re leaving in the dark behind you. Speak if you feel like it, stay silent if you don’t, both are completely welcome. What you write is yours alone, and it goes home with you.
