What if you gave yourself two hours to simply slow down?

In the busyness of everyday life, we rarely allow ourselves the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. This Sunday Reset is an invitation to do exactly that - a mini-retreat designed to help you release the week behind you and step into the one ahead feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply nourished. Together, we'll create a space where movement, breath, stillness and sound come together to calm the nervous system and bring you back to yourself. We'll close with a moment of reflection through optional journaling and sharing over a cup of tea, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected - to yourself and to the community around you.

Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this workshop welcomes anyone looking to slow down, reconnect and recharge.
