Sacred business is not a spiritual concept. It is a way of leading.
It means moving through your business with reverence โ to be in right relationship with yourself, the lives you touch, and for the world you live in when you are truly present.
Most of us were never taught to lead this way.
Instead we inherited systems built on urgency, comparison and pressure. Patterns passed down from generation to generation โ wounds that became structures, structures that became the way business is done.
The result is that most business decisions are still made from fight or flight. From reaction rather than presence. From noise rather than knowing.
What begins as a dream of freedom, purpose, and meaningful work often becomes an encounter with the parts of ourselves we thought we'd already outgrown.
The fear of being seen.
The fear of rejection.
The fear of not being enough.
The need to overwork, overgive, please, or prove our worth through achievement.
We often call these business problems. But beneath them are survival patterns formed long before the business existed. Business simply reveals them.
Every difficult conversation, pricing decision, setback, or moment of visibility can bring unconscious patterns to the surface. This is why many entrepreneurs find themselves stuck despite having the strategy, talent, and drive.
The business wants to grow. But part of the nervous system doesn't yet feel safe enough to let it.
So we hesitate. We overthink. We shrink our visibility. We abandon things just as they gain momentum. Or we push harder, hoping the next milestone will finally bring the freedom and fulfilment we're seeking.

This circle is not about doing more. It's about coming into right relationship with yourself, and freeing the energy still organised around survival. Because when these patterns begin to soften, the business changes too. It stops being a vehicle for proving your worth, and becomes an expression of who you are.

- See the unconscious patterns shaping how you lead, create, and build.
- Make clearer decisions from presence rather than survival mode.
- Create boundaries without constant defence.
- Let visibility become self expression rather than awkward exposure.
- Allow growth to become something that happens naturally, instead of something you have to force.

We gather just before the full moon, a natural threshold for release and return. In a warm, candlelit space, we open the circle together with a ritual from the Qโero tradition of the Andean shamans rooted in Peru, calling on the four winds to hold us in sacred space.
We then draw from the Sacred Business Oracle Deck, a symbolic mirror for the patterns operating beneath the surface. From there, we move into the body through breath and somatic inquiry, sensing where these patterns live and what they can tell us about challenges we are facing in our business.
Through shamanic journeying, we enter a deeper act of passage: releasing the heavy energy that keeps protective parts of us frozen in old patterns of survival. As that energy clears, we can begin to lead from inner authority rather than from the old moments that taught us we needed to protect ourselves.
Finally, we gather in a sharing circle to honour what has shifted and reflect on how we want to carry these insights into our lives and businesses.

Conscious entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who sense that what is keeping them stuck isn't actually a business problem. For those who have done the mindset work, strategy, and courses, yet keep finding themselves circling the same patterns. For those ready to stop optimising around the wound and start seeing what's underneath their leadership clearly.
You don't need to be "spiritual." You just need to be willing to be vulnerable and face what's real.

After the circle, youโre welcome to join our Integration Circle on WhatsApp โ a space to stay connected to what opened and continue the inner work beyond the ceremony.
Youโll receive simple exercises, reflections, and ongoing support to help you integrate what moved through you during the circle.
Not just a group chat. A space to let the work settle, deepen, and become part of your everyday life.
