ROOM TO BREATHE | A Celebration of Aliveness
A special edition Biodynamic Breathwork journey, supported by two certified BBTRS® practitioners
We often turn towards ourselves when something isn't going well.
When we're overwhelmed. When we feel stuck. When our body is carrying too much. When there's something we want to heal, change or let go of.
But what if we also came together simply to celebrate being here?
To breathe deeply.
To feel our bodies.
To move, sound, express, soften.
To experience the life that is already moving through us.
This special edition of Room to Breathe is an invitation to experience your body not only as a place that holds tension, stress and old patterns, but as a place of sensation, emotion, energy, pleasure, expression and life.
And celebration doesn't mean we need to feel joyful.
Being alive contains all of it.
The tenderness and the anger. The laughter and the tears. The stillness and the wildness. The moments we want to open and the moments we need to curl inward.
We're not here to decide what should be alive in you. We're here to give space to whatever already is.
✨ A special edition with extra support
For this journey, I'll be joined by my dear friend Erica, a fellow certified, trauma-informed Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System practitioner.
Having two practitioners in the room allows us to offer more individual attention throughout the breathwork journey. While one of us guides, the other can be present with your individual process, offering grounding, bodywork, touch when wanted, or simply supportive presence.
Through connected breathing, movement, sound, bodywork, emotional expression and rest, you'll be invited to follow what your body needs rather than trying to reach a particular state.
And this time, we'll bring a little more attention to something we can easily move past:
What feels good? What wants to move? What wants to expand? What makes you feel alive?
We'll close the journey by gradually moving from deep rest back into expression and movement. Giving the body space to show us what being alive feels like in that moment.
Simply as a celebration of the fact that we are here, we can feel, and there is life moving through us.
Come as you are.
Let's breathe, feel, move and celebrate life together.
The session is guided fully in English.
All genders are welcome.

✨ About your facilitators
Anita and Erica met at the very beginning of their BBTRS journey and have walked this path side by side ever since. Their friendship grew through authentic expression, trust, unconditional support and a shared love for this work. This special edition brings not only two certified practitioners into the room, but the deep trust and attunement they have built through years of practicing and growing together.
Anita is a certified Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®) Practitioner, supporting people through private sessions and group journeys.
Her own path with BBTRS began with a search for relief from chronic physical tension and became a much deeper journey of reconnecting with her body, authentic expression and aliveness.
Today, she creates compassionate spaces where people can turn towards themselves with curiosity. Not to be fixed, but to feel, express and reconnect with what is already alive within them. She brings warmth, presence and deep respect for each person's unique process.
Erica is also certified BBTRS® Practitioner with a deep passion for authentic self-expression, feminine authenticity and helping people reconnect with their voice.
Her approach is sensitive and compassionate, with a gentle yet grounded presence that allows people to feel supported while following their own process. She is especially drawn to the freedom that comes from allowing ourselves to feel, express and be more fully who we are.
