ABOUT ME:

My name is Ariana and for over a decade I have been working with dance, tantra and embodiment as a way to bring people home to the truest part of themselves. When I decided to combine yoni yoga, tantra and dance I found a seemingly magical formula for unlocking female bodies to their power, their pleasure and to what they really want. Beyond the pleasing, beyond the patterns that keep us small. I am forever grateful to live this path and offer it to as many beings as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A dance class that uses regulation tools, such as yoni (pelvic) yoga, tantric embodiment, breathwork and nervous system regulation to help you feel at ease and unlock real feminine sensuality. Not the polished version.. the messy, raw, chaotic, emotional, real feminine that lives in your pelvis.

Movement sequences that are meant to make you feel good, look sensual and tap into your most empowered version.

A space for realness. All of you is welcome here. Let's get akward, sexy expanded, weird etc etc together ;)

FAQ:

What if I don't want to do something in the moment❓
Your boundaries are sacred. During each exercise and from moment to moment we will honor and celebrate you if you opt out or create an altered exercise that suits you. In fact this is part of the practice of empowerment! Whether you participate fully or choose to witness instead. All is equally powerful, as long as it is your authentic expression.

Am I too old/ big/ unskilled❓
You have every right to be in the space, just as you are. Each group has a unique constellation, I have hosted a wide range of ages, body types and ethnicities.

What to wear❓
To move freely I recommend kneepads. You can order them here:

Heels are optional. Basically wear whatever makes you feel good! What side of yourself would you like to embody? Dress for that!

I bought a ticket, but can't come anymore. What now❓
You can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 48 before the first class.
