The Natural Glow Workshop

Over dit evenement

Self-Care Workshop
Discover the art of slowing down and caring for yourself through touch, natural ingredients and mindful attention.
Learn simple facial massage to soften tension, stimulate circulation and reconnect with your face and body. Barbara will guide you through the hands-on practice, while Dorota introduces you to the power of natural ingredients and helps you create a personalised facial serum tailored to your skin’s needs.
You’ll leave with your own handcrafted serum and a massage tool to continue this simple self-care ritual at home, a reminder that caring for yourself is less about changing how you look, and more about giving yourself time, attention and appreciation.
