In a world that often asks us to keep going, perform,
and live from the mind, this session invites you to slow down and
reconnect with yourself through the body.

Through movement, breath, stillness and free expression,
we explore what it means to move from the head back into the heart.

There is no right or wrong way to move, and no dance experience
is needed. You are invited exactly as you are.

Together we create a gentle and grounded space to feel,
express, and give space to what is alive within us.

When:
Sunday, August 23 | Arrival 10:15
We begin together at 10:30

(Please be on time; I’ll guide you to the space on the upper floor)
