Slowed down and melting stress away?
In this offline meeting, we will enter a living exploration through simple contact and how it can help our nervous system recover restfulness on a daily basis.
Clear tools. Intimate group. Slow, conscious partner work.

In these 3 hours:
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival — opening the body and tuning into the space
together.

From there, we will move into guided partner work, giving and receiving touch,
with time to explore both roles.

I will share some context around touch and the nervous system to support your
understanding.

We’ll also include a short movement practice to integrate the experience
individually.

At the end, we’ll have space to slow down, share, and enjoy tea together.

This is a guided somatic space, tailored for exploring touch with your partner — so you can take the practice home with you.
