On Sunday we come together for a special Summer Solstice edition! Next to our monthly “Share < Release < Reset” practice we will also celebrate the power of consciousness and the mind - we will:
- move objects with our thoughts (!)
- ⁠find the power of positive thought
- giving space to healthy ego.

A safe, non-judgmental, ritual space for women to release the pressure, and reset positive energy through sharing, listening and coming in-sync with each other's stories and the inner Self: emotions need space and connection, not correction. Empowering and supporting each other!

PROGRAM:
14.00 - 14.15 – doors open.
14.15 - start of the program (there is no possibility to enter the room late!)

- We open the Circle with the re-connection through sharing our stories.
- Viktoria guides through the method of synchronization.
- Visualization Meditation through Immersive Art & Sound.

± 16.00 - end of the program. Time can be ± due to live guidance.


Through our unique focus on "hear and be heard", we practice soft skills, femininity, intuition, natural flow, emotional release, and setting-up boundaries.

ABOUT Viktoria Kova:
With a professional background in arts and psychology, Viktoria creates deep immersive video canvases and guided experiences, that integrate art, technology, human biology, and Slavic ancient wisdom. Her work explores how immersive environments can function as spaces for deceleration, self-regulation, and collective reflection.

Viktoria's creations have the purpose of emotional regulation, embodied awareness, self-caring lifestyle, and healing. With the help of her "Art for Wellbeing" program, Viktoria brings her own body in a steady remission from autoimmune condition multiple sclerosis (MS), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bursitis and other inflammations, as well as burnout, and severe form of stuttering without prescribed medications.
