A Movement Medicine Spring Equinox Ceremonial Weekend with Ya’Acov Darling Khan

As the light and dark stand in equal measure and the first real pulse of spring moves through the land, we gather in the Netherlands at that delicate tipping point where winter loosens its grip and new life begins to insist.

Equinox is a living threshold. A moment that asks: where do you stand? What story are you telling about who you are? And where do you place the centre of your identity?

In a world pulled tight by polarity, many of us have learned to organise our identity around what is broken. We tell stories of not-enoughness, of wounds as the defining centre, of damage as destiny. Owning these stories can be necessary. But when brokenness becomes the core around which everything else orbits, it quietly shapes our choices, our relationships, and our sense of what is possible.

This weekend is an invitation to shift the centre. Not to bypass pain. But to discover and embody the Unbroken at the core of your being, and to let that be the ground from which you live, love, lead and create. From this resourced place, we can build real bridges.

Join Ya’Acov Darling Khan for a ceremonial weekend that dances at the fertile edge between opposites. Through Movement Medicine practice, ritual and embodied enquiry, you will explore the dynamic tension that gives birth to new possibilities.

We will dance into the rich terrain between:
• Yin and Yang
• Movement and Stillness
• Power and Vulnerability
• Light and Shadow
• The Personal and The Relational
• Joy and Grief
• The Seen and Unseen Worlds

In the space between apparent opposites, sits what in Taoist philosophy is sometimes called Yun: the emergent field, the living intelligence that arises when we refuse to polarise. Yun is the emergent seed of what has not yet been imagined.

After making space for what you are bringing and clarifying your personal intention, we will enter the work. Through fierce presence and embodied expression, you will reconnect with the body’s instinctive wisdom, the heart’s courage and the mind’s clarity. We will explore how the pressure to choose sides, internally and externally, fuels conflict, and how a deeper centre allows us to respond rather than react.

Our Spring Equinox ceremony offers a strong and grounded container to meet the parts of you that long to be seen, heard and integrated. We will widen our awareness beyond the personal, extending into the collective field and the non-human world around us. In dancing our prayers, we remember how to become that hollow bone through which life can move freely.

There will be time to land, to reflect and to integrate, so that this work does not remain an experience but becomes a lived shift in how you carry yourself in your relationships and in the world.
At this Spring threshold, you are invited to Build a New Bridge Between the Worlds, to re-centre your identity in new ground, and to sit deeper in the peace that is no longer an abstract ideal.
