Let's be honest, you don’t lack ideas or desire.

You just… don’t do the things you actually want to do.

Instead, you waste your time and energy overthinking, planning, preparing, waiting for "be ready"... and nothing moves.

At some point, everything starts to feel a bit tight. In your body, in your thoughts, even in the way you show up...

And deep down, you know:

👉 it's really just because you’re just holding yourself back



🐣 WHAT IS IT 🐣

This is not a retreat.

It’s not therapy or a women circle, and we won't be sitting in circles talking about how we can fix ourselves and our lives. We'll be IN IT.

It’s a PLAYGROUND.

A space where you:
- try
- move
- express
- create
- connect

without overthinking every step!


🐣 WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE 🐣

This is not a classic retreat where you'll sit in circles talking about your life.

You'll be IN IT:
- you'll move your body without overthinking about how it looks
- you'll create things just to see what comes out
- you'll be outside - sun, water, nature
- you'll laugh more than you expected
- you'll do something slightly uncomfortable... and realising it's not that deep

No rehearsals. No performance. No proving anything to anyone.

• you want to stay in your head

🗓 5 days / 4 nights
👥 12 people max

Includes:
- shared accommodation (2 other participants, matched by me)
- all meals (3x/day)
- all experiences
- transport from/to lisbon airport
- a few little surprises i'm preparing for you
