Inner Retreat - Yin Yoga & Morning Tea

Over dit evenement

Start your weekend grounded, calm, and connected to yourself.

Join this 2-hour Inner Retreat, beginning with a 90-minute yin yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and gently guide your awareness inward. The practice covers the entire body, with long, supported poses, gentle breathwork, and slow, mindful breathing to help you settle into stillness and presence.

Afterward, we’ll pause for a mindful tea moment: a simple, intentional time to enjoy tea and homemade vegan banana bread, savoring the present and extending the calm cultivated on the mat.

This morning is not about doing more; it’s about slowing down, feeling, and starting your weekend from a place of balance, ease, and inner connection.
