The House of Breath Sessions: Breath & Sound Journey

The House of Breath by Rumah presents a journey where we’ll use sound and healing frequencies, Yoga Nidra principles and of course one of the most powerful tools you have to change your state, the breath, to guide you.

Wearing an eye mask and headphones will help you to move away from any distractions from the outside world and to take a deep dive into your inner world. The aim is to bring you into a deep state of creativity, insight, meditation and reduced consciousness: the Theta brainwave state.

The breathing techniques that we use are fairly mild. However, we do encourage you to read the preparation document that you’ll receive once you sign up.

This session will be guided by Michel “Yogiritmo” and Ronald. Michel has many years of experience of working with sound and healing frequencies. Ronald is the founder of The House of Breath by Rumah and a well trained and experienced Breathwork facilitator.
